We strive to provide you with excellent customer service and the freshest and finest food and beverages. We here at V’s Cellar Door customize each and every menu for each client. Below are only a few examples of items we have created for events and are only a small sample of what we can offer for you. We are known to accommodate dietary requests and will have a one on one discussion of your vision for your event.

All food and beverage charges are subject to a 20% service charge and a 5% CBJ sales tax for food & 8% on alcoholic beverages. There is a $75 off site alcohol beverage service fee. V’s Cellar Door Catering Department must be notified of the number of guests and changes to the menu to be attending no later than 72 hours prior to your function. This will be considered the final guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. V’s Cellar Door will not be able to reduce the guarantee number after the Final Guarantee is received. If your attendance increases after the Final Guarantee is received, we will make every attempt to accommodate this increase.  There is a 50% deposit required to secure your dates on our catering calendar. Full function payment is due day of event. Guests may pay by cash, credit card or check.

Notice of cancellation for the following services may result in charges: Cancellation of food and/or beverage within 3 weeks of the function will result in charges equivalent to the cost incurred by V’s Cellar Door or 50% of anticipated charges to the patron, whichever is less. Cancellation of event within 5 days of event results in 100% cancellation fee.
